Face Yoga Sessions

Face Yoga helps relax the muscles in your face and improve circulation.
Sessions are one-to-one and made for your face.
You can choose online on Zoom or in person in Bryndwr, Christchurch.
All new clients begin with a 20-minute Face Assessment before booking any sessions.

 

Introduction to Face Yoga

Your First Session

$99 NZD

This session is a simple introduction to Face Yoga and helps you understand what your face needs.

In this session we will:

  • Deep dive into your skin, lifestyle and facial tension
  • Talk about what you would like to improve
  • Do a short meditation and affirmation
  • Learn four exercises for one area of your face

After your 45-minute session you will leave with a simple starting point for your Face Yoga practice.

Face Yoga Foundations

Two-session Package

$399 NZD

This option gives you more guidance so you can begin building a Face Yoga routine.

Over two sessions we will:

  • Assess your skin, lifestyle and facial tension
  • Practise exercises, massage movements and pressure points
  • Learn techniques to support your face and reduce tension
  • Receive one bottle of Neem Revival Serum
  • Receive a personalised exercise routine after each session
  • Have personal support available between 9am and 5pm during the four weeks

Each session will be 45-minutes minimum. Sessions can be online or in person.

Radiant You Program

Six-week Program

$1299 NZD

This six-week program gives you the time and guidance to truly learn Face Yoga and build lasting habits.

Over six weeks you will:

    • Have six one-to-one sessions
    • Learn exercises for the shoulders, neck, jaw, cheeks, eyes, forehead and scalp
    • Practise massage, lymphatic drainage and acupressure techniques
    • Learn a daily Gua Sha routine
    • Receive a bottle of Neem Revival Serum
    • Receive personal support between 9am and 5pm during the program
    • Take part in a one-hour Yin Yoga session
    • Receive an 18-page Face Yoga guide with exercises, hydration advice and natural skincare ideas

By the end of the six weeks you will understand how to care for your face with a routine you can continue long term.
